classy solid frying pan
As soon as you hold the pan you know it is solid high quality. No issues with anything cooked so far. As far as clean up, nothing sicks to this pan!

Easy to use, Easy to clean
This is, I think, the sixth pan/pot I've gotten from this company. Family owned, made in Italy (not China - woo hoo!), non-toxic and non-stick.. oh! and dishwasher safe. Ok that's about all the products I own from them.About this pan in particular it's super easy to use, clean and everything comes out beautiful (and yummy). I use it so much I bought a second one (and one of the bigger versions, and two of the roasting pans, and one of the pots). Pictures enclosed shows after 6 months or so owned the bigger version 3-4 years and they look the same inside. Just preheat before you add your oil. Don't put food in until the pan is hot enough!! (Very important). You can literally just wipe out the pan, then throw it in the dishwasher. When it comes out wipe it down with some oil before reusing. (i just use some canola oil spray - don't use the fake stuff, use real oil. fake oil stuff is bad for nonstick surfaces.In the photo, those are quail eggs! They cook in a preheated pan (sprayed with ghee or avocado oil) in only 60-75 seconds!Bottom line, cooks evenly, sturdy, well made, and super easy to clean. Made in Italy and American owned. I had no problems with these. NOTE: just don't use metal in them - ever. Don't say wow that looks yummy i'll just stick my fork in there.... just don't. Otherwise you are good to go!

Really is non-stick naturally
I absolutely love this pan! I was using another ceramic brand of pan but everything would stick to the bottom and not crisp because the crispy bit was being burned at the bottom. Same with pancakes and anything really. But this pan is perfect - no sticking of the food at all to the pan. It's incredible. 1000% recommend it. For the health benefits (not having teflon, etc. in it) and for how it really is non-stick! AMAZING.
