Not as painful as some head said, it does take a little to get use to but don't let the "Painful" reviews scare you off.In my opinion, if you're planning to use these as walking around for a period of time, don't.You can move around the house comfortably workout too much discomfort.The best time to use these it's when you're watching TV, reading or just doing nothing rotating your feet on the massagers as long as you want. You determine the pressure you press down on.

its very helpful and heals, I recommend it. i'm sleeping better after using it and stopped having heated-foot anymore.however, i gave it 4 stars because it won't massage your foot as you imagine.

Cheap and effective

I disliked how hard the plastic was . I was expecting the balls to feel more like a tiny basket ball rather then a super hard plastic . It’s fine if your sitting down just moving your foot forward and back . However to walk on them is simply painful .

It works, but quality can be improved

I have a condition which causes daily pain in my heel, but wearing these sandals 20 minutes a day has actually made the pain go away. If I forget to wear the sandals a few days in a row, the pain comes back, so use them every day. It did hurt the first day, but gets more tolerable every time you wear them.

Very uncomfortable. I can't walk by wearing these slippers.
