I've used this for a week now so this isn't a complete review, but a start. First of all, the chocolate flavor is DELICIOUS. Second, once it's mixed, it stays mixed! RSP products have always been fantastic about that with their powder mixes. No need to shake before every drink (although I do out of habit from less quality mixes), nothing settles to the bottom. Third, I've noticed it has helped fuel me along with suppressing my appetite. Im not on any fancy diet, not keto, nothing strict, I just sometimes don't get as much food in me as I'd like so I rely on liquids to keep me going. This avocollagen helps curb my hunger as well as helps me finish my work. Im not sure if it's suppose to, but it does, and ive noticed even a few pounds lost because im not running for snacks if I have my drink mixed. As for skin/hair/ joint benefits, haven't used it long enough to notice anything other than my skin "glowing" but ive been using other peptides before this so I can't give an honest opinion yet, but I'm sure the benefits are there.

Doesnt dissolve too well. I like to make mine then leave in the fridge for an hour before drinking. This one has residue after 30seconds and doesnt dissolve too well. Does not meet expectations. Will go back to my usual one.

How can something taste so good yet do such amazing things for your body? It tastes like in n out chocolate shake. So thick and creamy. Flavor is beyond heavenly. I added about 10 cubes of ice, half a banana, 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened) and 1 scoop of the powder in my blendtec blender. In 1 minute I had heaven in my cup. Of course if you dont want it thick and creamy, avoid using the ice cubes. I'm jumping for joy !!!!!!

For some reason these protein supplement companies seem obsessed with adding artificial sweeteners like stevia. It has a super sweet taste. It's my fault though for not doing the proper research; I'm not too mad about it though.On the bright side I can say that it tastes great I'm able to recover much faster after in-between workouts.

I typically use another brand of collagen. This one I have grown to love more because you get more grams of protein! Noticed a difference with my hair, skin, and nails.I wish there were an optional non flavor in order to sneak it into my food more often but for now the chocolate is delish first thing in the morning!Highly recommend it!
