The language is easy for anyone to have a more healthy life style .I pay here my congratulations to both publisher and Ama,on for selling this useful practical tool to begin to understand the concepts of this medicine . Only whit h some diet changes a person can learn to heal most conditions .it targets each condition without any side effects!

Thought would arrive in january 2024 but was at my place in a week. Amazing! Am super happy with that because wanted to read this Ayurvedic Home remedies book during the holidays but had ordered a bit late. Now have it before christmas:) PS Absolutely top, excellent information, had browsed through it during a stay in WA where it was in the local library.
