Some good ideas
I have a real problem with the ‘mindfulness’ trend, however with the pandemic my youngster was struggling with emotions so I looked for something to help. I like this book because it is fun, colourful & doesn’t make her look too far into herself. She hates talking about her feelings but we do a page of this book together & just have some time together focusing on the activities. She loved the one where you had to draw the lion out of the cage to show happiness. For info she’s 10. I’d say the range would be y1-y5/6 for most of the ideas and activities!

Helped my son's release their feelings
I bought 2 of these for my son's. They had been struggling over lockdown with letting their emotions out. Sometimes it's hard for kids to express themselves. This book is perfect, it's full of great things for them to do and write in. Lots of different cartoons and fun simple instructions.
