If you are a slow coffee person, this is a must have !
Item quality is great, easy to use ( temperature control) , nice design , the water drop is seamless. The handle so convenient while pouring . A must have item if you are a slow coffee addict.

All good, but the wire is too short!
Everything I hoped for - easy to operate, holds the temperature and looks beautiful!The biggest and only drawback is ease of use as it comes with only a foot long plugged wire. This renders it almost impossible to be used in my kitchen without an extension board. After paying for whatever the price is, it wouldn’t have hurt a Red Dot Design Award winner to be considerate enough to throw in a practical length of wire. Shall I get my kitchen reorganised for this? Docking two stars for the daily struggles!Edit after daily use for more than a month: Adding a star for ease, after finding the workaround for the short wire!
