I have been using this for about ten days now. I have never tried one of these before - previously I have used one of the abs 'cages that roll up. It took me a little while to get used to this - it is hard to explain but it feels somehow different. Now that I have used it for a while, I like this and can feel the pull on my abs more than with the cage, and can see an improvement. I do have back and hip problems and find the back rest pretty reassuring. I have haven't tried the twist sea way of doing crunches - I don't think my hips are up to that. The machine is compact and versatile too. I am less keen on using it for presses but it pretty good for leg work. We have a small gym set-up at home but just don't have space for big weights machines. This obviously isn't as good as the kit you find in a gym but for home users it provides utility without taking up space. There is a CD which has a pdf exercise chart - it is pretty basic but if you are used to commercial equipment it doesn't take much to figure out what to do.I was pleased to see that there is a reasonable range of adjustment to cater for different heights. I would prefer a greater amount of resistance but this is partly a function of the compact size of the unit. It is sturdily constructed and doesn't feel flimsy or unsafe in use.

Le souci est que je n'en ai pas eu une grande utilité. Il n'est pas adapté à mes besoins. De plus, je trouve que l'assise n'est pas optimale, mais je pense qu'il faut voir au cas par cas, d'où ma note au dessus de la moyenne pour ne pas pénaliser le produit. Par contre, il est facile à ranger et a plutôt un chouette design.

Résistance zéro ! C'est limite si vous tombez sur le dos en l'utilisant (et les vis sont à fond). Les utilisateurs visés doivent sans doute être des ados ou des jeunes filles... et encore. Quand on voit un gars bien charpenté sur la vidéo ou la photo c'est vraiment marketing et mensonger. Résultat c'est plutôt à vous de faire l'effort pour ne pas tomber vers l'arrière... la machine ne vous retiendra pas, ça c'est sûr ! sauf si vous pesez 50 kg tout mouillé. Et hop 60€ à la poubelle !
