Decent lock, poor app, expensive accessories
Pros: - Relatively easy to install and should fit most euro-style door locks. - The included euro cylinder lock (traditional physical keys) is of good quality - has the snake profile on key to avoid bumping, reversible dimple keys, 10 pins, 4 side pins, has drill protection, and lock picking protection. - The kit also comes with two physical key and a keycard that makes issuing additional physical keys easy. - You can continue to use a physical key - Long battery life - Has multiple locking/unlocking mechanisms - Inconspicuous from the outside - Comes with a simple electronic remote control - Looks good Cons: - the app is horrible - buggy, slow (taking ages to enter your own house!), - doesn't readily work over the Internet or from a distance (can't let someone in if you are in the other room, and they ring the door, for example - you need to go near the door to connect via BlueTooth), requires location permissions. - any reasonable functionality extension (keycode or fingerprint reader) requires very expensive accessories. Even adding an additional remote control is expensive. - lacks smart home functionality - no monitoring capability or event log (for that matter, nothing innovative or even remotely interesting about the product)

Not a good buy
Good quality, attractive idea but the lack of support and the deficient documentation make it a useless buy. Also, it came with a vey long lock unlike the advertised 35+35Nm.
