Great Recipes but watch for cups and metric quantity errors
Just received my book and looking through it there are lots of recipes that take my fancy but I noticed several mistakes - I will be checking other recipes when measuring ingredients out. ExamplesP16 & 19 - 4 cups of rice, 960gms and 450 gmsP25 - 1/2 cup oyster sauce 90mls. Should that be 120 mls ?P50 & 51 - 1/4 cup soy sauce - 450mls!!! should be 45 ?

very practical, successful recipes
Very good sauces throughout the dishes!!! Very well written, especially the order of ingredients and the procedure. A great chef who can simplify amazing recipes in his manner of writing them, so that they can be easily performed. Great for practical use. I have already cooked some recipes, they came out perfect. The only drawback for me, which is not a drawback anyway, is that the cover being very thin paperback, gets destroyed very easily, personally if I had the choice, I wouldn't mind as a customer to pay a little extra on the overall price of the book in order to have a hardcover edition because as I would use this a lot, I would like to maintain this book in good condition as much as possible. Thank you for this amazing book.

Simple, easy & tasty recipes
I've made a few of the different 'staple dishes' from this book over the last month and iove it. Every meal is really tasty, so far they've all been very simple to make too. Very easy to follow and I've found a good few store cupboard essentials make the basis for a lot of the recipes so you're not going out to hunt down specific ingredients all the time. My favourite easy Asian cooking book I own
