Wide variety of recipes! I was pleasantly surprised by the desert section - make the nutella sesame hazelnut rolls. They are amazing.Yotam changed my perspective on how to cook with vegetables. I find myself craving flavours I can’t describe now, and go to sleep with a full stomach every night. 10/10

I purchased this book based on what I have learned about Ottolenghi from the Barefoot Contessa and a documentary I saw about Yotam. I will be making some of these recipes.

Look u can’t go wrong with his books and I haven’t had a bad meal out of any of them or his restaurant actually soz bit of a fan boy but all good if you want great ideas but the books if not it’s chippy tea again
