I have had it pretty consistently since march, so far I have not yet noticed any major difference, i take it along with my D3 and K2. Maybe next time I might go for higher dose. Maybe lightly I have noticed reduction of anxiety, but not sure if it is placebo or other factors.

I had to go since it's reputed and genuine without any bovine and porcine extracts and it has EPA and DHA in recommended quantity Wild Alaska fish oil gets absorbed easily Since I have dry eyes it helped me a lot Take it after a meal and you will feel the difference in a week . And above all its batches are third party tested
