Book itself is interesting and solid made, but the shipping quality was bad. Due to lack of protective materials the corners of the book was damaged, and I believe it could easily been avoided if the box packer had put some sort protection there.

I absolutely love this book. I am interested in doing a lot of travelling now and this book gives me a brief synopsis of every country in the world. I love to flip through it and plan my next adventure.

This is one of my favorite travel books. It is not a tour guide, and it doesn’t pretend to be one. It’s a at-a-glance guide to the world’s ~200 countries and territories. If you’re either a world traveler or someone that wants to get a quick touristy world view before embarking on your travels or reading more detailed country or continent guides then this book is for you. Prices have gone up quite a bit since my first purchase for myself. I have since given more than a half dozen copies as gifts.What I like is it gives top experiences, when to go, and how to get around. If you only spent a few days in a country, this book is helpful to select your experiences. My only ding is it’s not been updated in 4 years. Perhaps the pandemic has interrupted the update schedule.

The book looks great. Unfortunately the cover has some spots and the book it’s ruined outside.
