I’ve been using the Bioglan Collagen Powder with Biotin/vitamin A and C/Selenium for months now, and I think it helps. The 5000mg dose of marine collagen is potent and seems to have made a difference in the elasticity of my skin. It dissolves easily in water and has no overpowering taste. Fairly tasteless and has a very slight fishy odor. I mix it with a little warm water, it dissolves quickly. Both my nails and hair are definitely stronger and grow quicker when I use this Collegen. My nails are very soft and break really easily, but when using this I have medium length nails that are much stronger than usual and I am actually proud of them. I have used the capsule version but don’t get as much of a noticeable difference.
