Smells really bad
This made me throw up, i was taking 2 one at morning and the other before bed,i was fine for the first week but on to the next week it made me feel nauseous.The smell is quite bad, like you can smell it even if its in your mouth. Not sure if I'll take it anymore.

1日1錠をアルギニン、クエン酸と一緒に摂取。今ま亜鉛はDHC、小林製薬を利用していた。コチラの方が高吸収タイプだが違いは正直実感できず。あと良くみたらベジカプセルタイプだった･･･。
