Got this and it works well for me, except the piece that goes in front of my mic decided to fall apart because it didn’t want to attack correctly but I still made it work.

I needed a simple inexpensive microphone boom for my desk that was strong enough to hold a HyperX mic. This arm is well built, stays in position and has done everything I have needed it to do. The only minor negative is the lack of ability to adjust the angle of the head. That said, I would buy this product again.

I bought this to use on an old AT2020 USB. The product is fine, but either Innogear or whoever needs to address the biggest post purchase issue with shock mounts: The elastic ties.You're going to need to replace these eventually or in my case, how to put them on in the first place. Since this is not covered ANYWHERE, (Innogear doesn't have any resources regarding their microphone stands on their website and there was no written instructions provided in the printed booklet) you have to keep playing with the mount/bands hoping you figure it out. I also asked on Amazon product questions but got no responses. In my case, I ended up buying a generic version of the shock mount that I can find instructions for and will be keeping the bands for backup/replacements.So my advice: Don't get the version with the shockmount. If you really need one, there are versions that are way easier to open and replace the bands on, even if they're an extra purchase.

I bought this stand specifically for my HyperX Solocast microphone and it attached with no problems. There are also extra attachments included for other types of microphones, so I know I'll continue to get use out of this stand. I love my new setup! :)
