I've bought this brand multiple times over the last 10yrs and have a liter size by my bed. This mixed with Shea Nilotica has healed all of my tattoos quickly & beautifully with no itching & they look brand new 5yrs later. Emu oil is an excellent carrier which penetrates all your skin layers so I mix a bit with my facial oils & scalp oils and my skin is so happy.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a product containing Emu Oil. My first purchase was the Y Not Natural Omega 369 Anti-Wrinkle Oil. I was so impressed with their Emu based Anti-Wrinkle Oil, I went ahead a purchased the 6.8 ounce Y Not Natural 100% Pure Australian Emu Oil. I researched Emu Oil and I’m amazed at the incredible amount of benefits and its ability to help numerous skin and hair conditions. The essential fatty acids in Emu Oil are reported to improve a variety of skin conditions. I also read Emu oil contains anti-inflammatory properties. For those not familiar with Emu, they are native to Australia and are a distant relative of the ostrich. My plan is to dispense about 10 or 20 mL at a time into smaller bottles and add my own essential oils to treat other skin/hair aliments. I have very sensitive skin and really avoid using production containing artificial fragrances, harmful chemicals, etc. The 200 mL size (6.8 ounce) comes in a very nice bottle with a pump dispenser. The bump can be locked down when not in use. The bottle also protects the oil from light. The Emu Oil is almost a light yellow in color and has no detectable odor. It spreads easily and smoothly on your skin. It absorbs quickly. It does not leave you feeling “greasy”. Make sure to shake well before use. I’ve used the Emu Oil on my skin and I also treated my hair to a deep Emu conditioning treatment. Emu oil is extremely penetrative. I’m very happy with the results and I highly recommend this product. Y-Not Natural is a Western Australian owned and operated family company. The farm is run on organic principles and the Emu are “free range”. The Emu are free from added hormones, anti-biotics, and vaccinations. The product is rendered in a pharmaceutical grade, HACCP and GMP licensed plant. The company has a full line of high quality natural products. I’m hoping more Y-Not Natural products become available on Amazon. On a final note - I receive this item at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. I like this o Emu Oil Skin moisturizer. I use it as a moisturizer and also after I do facial peel treatments at home. It is soothing and goes into the skin easily.

So, I'm giving this 4 instead of 5 because I just received it and only used it once so far. Also, I've only done a cursory review of the company, as in I'm fine with experimenting on "non broken" skin... I do have a surgical scar, but I'm going to wait until I'm satisfied with the company/product before using this there. That being said, where I did use this, I noticed a big difference between this and my other emu oil (new to emu oil). This one soaks in, doesn't feel greasy at all. I didn't think the other one felt greasy/slow to absorb until I used this one from Y-Not Natural. It was like going from a good product to a much better one. I'll definitely order this again. So far I'm happy in general with emu oil. I notice a difference in the general condition/look of my skin when I use emu oil, but I can't speak to the health claims of emu oil (this or any other brand). I did purchase this with the intention of using it on my (relatively recent) surgical scar, but more than likely I'll wait until it's fully healed before experimenting.

Fantastic product! I used this during my first pregnancy for stretch mark prevention and it worked beautifully I made it all the way through with only one or two lines. Fast forward to my second pregnancy and I decided to try a fancy organic cream duo that is specifically for stretch mark prevention and man do I regret it, I have so many stretch marks, which I’m now using this emu oil on to help fade. It’s pure skincare magic so hydrating . Love it. Buy it. You won’t regret it. The scent is lovely as well. I think I might be partial to the rose scent. But all the ones I’ve tried have been good.

This Pure Australian Emu oil does soften skin. I've used it on my face, neck, and hands. I think the trick to using it is to apply only a small amount, as a little goes a long way. There are two factors to note. The first is that, despite using only a small amount, it doesn't fully absorb into my face. That leaves my pillowcase with the residual and that makes my hair 'flat' by the morning. As a result, I am now using it as a moisturizer for my face before applying makeup in the morning. The second is not about the product, but rather, the pump delivery system. I follow the instructions and make certain that the emu oil is well shaken. When I depress the pump, too much oil is delivered. There is no way to limit the amount that comes out. Since this is a very liquid product and not a cream, I think the pump system is an incorrect way to package the emu oil. Perhaps it should be in a bottle with a drop-by-drop dispenser with a rubber squeeze top. The bottom line is that this is an effective moisturizer. If the pump delivery system doesn't bother you, then you'll enjoy its effects on your dry skin.

Good product but ricey

Love love love this product. Have used this nightly for the past week and my skin feels extra soft and clear. The lavender helps at night too.

Uso questo olio sul cuoio cappelluto prima di andare a dormire. Personalmente mi piace molto in quanto lo idrata e nelle zone dove l'ho applicato ho notato una ricrescita più veloce dei capelli. Se decidete di usarlo sui capelli consiglio di farlo pre shampo in quanto li unge, non in modo articolarmente fastidioso come altri oli, ma comunque si vede che avete qualche prodotto sui capelli. Ha un odore insolito ma non da particolare fastidio.

I use this product for a lot of stuff - if you have any skin issues whatsoever (eczema, itchiness, dry skin, wound, etc) Emu oil is really great. Just a small warning: if you are in europe, choose normal shipping. Through no fault of the company, if you choose expedited, customs/duties will be INSANE. A friend of mine and i ordered this at the same time (to germany). She chose regular shipping and I chose expedited. We both received it at the exact same time (because German customs took so long to process mine) and I had to pay extra. I let the company know, just so they were aware and they were SO nice and apologetic (although it was not their fault) and offered me a free product. This is all to say that the company i ordered this from are legit and have AMAZING CUSTOMER service as well as a superior product. I can also verify that this is 100% emu oil from Australia, NOT from china!
