Honestly, i spent hours on reviews and this brand was presented as one of the best in terms of quality/price ratio. first, I spent 2 weeks with a completely erratic behavior, as the product powers on and off randomly! it appeared that it was due to the fact that this product is not waterproof! we are in 21st century and still some trimmers are not waterproof, this is ridiculous. now, the trimming itself is very average and you ca feel that it is pulling on your beard which is horrible feeling. I will switch back to my old braun. it had a crapy battery but at least it did the job. incredible how the beard trimming industry standard is mediocre, knowing that 80% of middle eastern guys have beards.

Normally ı do read reviews before I buy anything. First time I didnt read and I experienced that all the bad things written about this product is true. Started to work in the middle of the night by itself. Trimming capability is extremely low. 20% priced brands are much better than this product. Never approach to this one.

Carton not sailed and machine seems to be repacked! Fingerprints on it! 3 months later, rusted! Not working! Do not buy!

so many returns are getting sold back to customers without proper evaluation to determine whether the item has been altered with.
