It'll do and the quality is lacking
I reach out to customer service because the support bar does not slide and I have yet to get a response. One side is thicker than the other so to even put the chair together required more muscle than I could have imagined. The wood arrived with splints in it and I had to use care when putting the screws in because it would make the splinter worse. The chair is sturdy and is functional yet uncomfortable to do the inversions because I can't get a corner of the support bar back enough that it doesn't interfere with my neck.

Sturdy Bench - Needs Clear Instructions
Now that I've used the bench a couple of times I can give it 4 stars for sturdiness. Unfortunately the assembly process wasn't that easy since the instructions were apparently printed when the printer was running out of ink and all the online images are too blurry to comprehend. Also the holes weren't aligned so I couldn't secure all 4 screws into the base, but so far 2 screws in hasn't failed while holding my weight. I haven't attempted doing a headstand since I don't want to push my luck, but I've done other weight bearing exercises and it's held strong. Great product outside of the annoying lack of instructions and mis-aligned holes.

Good value
I have used one of these before and it does make headstands a lot easier and safer. Wide price range in these units. This one initially was missing all the hardware to actually put it together. I contacted the seller and missing the parts were sent right away. Thank you. Not as easy as you might think to put together. Otherwise I would have given the product a five. Now comes the fun part building core strength and doing the headstands

Iffy screws
The instructions were subpar. They left alot to the imagination. The last screws 3 went in perfect the last won't hold. It's so frustrating! I just gave up and I'm going to use it like this. I gave them 4 star, I like it but the instructions were vague and the screw that won't hold is so annoying.

The media could not be loaded. So I thought it didn’t come with instructions, but the instructions are on the box. Great product.

Arrived with factory scratches and repairs inside the plastic bubble wrap
Arrived with factory scratches and repairs inside the plastic bubble wrap.The package was good on the outside, the plastic bubble wrap was good.Had 9 big factory scratches under the plastic bubble wrap. And 4 of them with bad wood glue factory repair.This is like a cheaper Ikea second hand product.

Looks like it was a return
I love this bench! I was so excited for it to arrive, however when I opened it, the hardware was loose in the box, the wood pieces looked used, worn and some splitting near screws (upon opening it.) Disappointed in that and hope there are no long term effects. (Also didn’t have the Big Tree anywhere on the wood, hopefully it’s the real one.) I would hope someone could get back to me on these issues.
