Your purchase includes 6 high quality airless pump bottles including 6 pumps and 6 caps. They each hold 1oz (30ml) of product. The airless pump uses an advanced technology to dispense its contents. Instead of the traditional style pump & straw which pushes air into the container to force product outward, the airless dispenser uses the concept of vacuum & piston. When the pump is pressed, a piston on the bottom of the container pushes the product upward and out of the top. This process avoids contaminating the product with air, while minimizing contamination and spoilage. Important: You do need to initially fill your bottle to the top with the desired product to create the vacuum. The 6 bottle set comes empty & ready for you to fill and re-fill with your favorite products for travel and for creating your own unique serums and treatment blends. Hand wash to re-use. They are perfect for any at home skin care, cosmetics, essential oils or DIY uses. The opaque white body in not only attractive, but also blocks out light. Thereby helping to prolong the effectiveness of essential oils, serums or other UV sensitive products.

Great for home but not travel
I put sunscreen lotion in mine and it worked great, as others have described.... Until I traveled with it. I was traveling from a low altitude to a high altitude location and I think the combination of the pressure in the bottle and the altitude change pushed this little bottle over its limit. The top spout completely broke off. Luckily the lotion didn't get all over everything but it was very disappointing. I will continue to enjoy these at home however I won't be traveling with them again.

Not good with oils
These work great, for serums and creams. They actually came with a recipe for diy skin oil, but I wouldn’t suggest using these for oils. I put retinol in squalene by The Ordinary in one, and granactive retinol in squalene, also by The Ordinary, in another. The oils leaked out of the top and dissolved the glue that holds the silver part onto the top. This has made one pretty useless, but I got the silver piece off the other, so it is usable. I’ve attached a picture showing the messed up bottles and a good one with the top off so you can see what I mean.

Attractive airless vacuum pump bottles; good for easy-to-pour lotions and liquid foundations
I bought these bottle a few days ago and chose them because of the star-rating. I wanted to try rebottling some foundation that came in a container with no pump, and I wanted to avoid a pump bottle with a long tube. These are easy to fill with a product that is easy to pour. I am not as convinced that refilling will be easy, but the instructions with the bottles say they are dishwasher safe. I definitely agree that products with a thinner consistency are probably better in these bottles. I am going with using them to store and pump small quantities of witch hazel, facial oil, and foundation. I was reluctant to try something as thick as an eye cream, but hats off to anyone who would attempt it. So far the pump action works OK, and the bottles look nice on the shelf. I like glass bottles, but I had difficulty finding a highly rated glass bottle equipped with an airless pump.so I am trying these plastic bottles. They are opaque, so the product does seem to be protected from light. I have tried various other small containers to hold small amounts of product. I feel like a 1-oz pump bottle for foundation is worth trying.

Bottoms should screw off for easier cleaning access; use a chopstick etc to push the bottom back down when to prep for refill
I would love these but for one flaw: the bottoms don't screw off! I have similar vacuum pumps from a hair treatment I buy, and the bottom comes off, and when you're done stick a letter opener down the bottle, poke off the plastic bit that rides up as you use the product, and ZING, that thing is ready to be cleaned nook and cranny. When these are done, I guess I'll just refill them with the same stuff. Otherwise, I dread cleaning them out. But for folks wanting to know how to get the plastic bit back down to the bottom so you can refill it, just use a chopstick or kabob skewer or letter opener to push it back down. Clean, if you can, and you're back in business.

Attractive and affordable bottles for DIY serums
I bought these bottle for using them at home and I'd trust other reviewers about trouble with the pump leaking during travel. Do not take them on the airplane, never mind that they're called 'Travel Bottles' ;-) Some people complain about pump not working properly. Fortunately, I don't have any problems at all. In fact, quite pleasantly surprised I find them to look and feel much better than expected. When I was shopping for those I couldn't find any details about the consistency of the product that would be good enough for the pump, so I will share with you what I came up with. If you find it helpful or have any other suggestions please let me know. Thank you! Here is my face serum recipe. Great for mature skin. Yields exactly 2 bottles. Very nice and pleasant texture and aroma and seems to be perfect consistency for the pump to work very well. It is a bit sticky though and I'd suggest to use it overnight to smooth out wrinkles and soften the skin. You can also use it under eyes and on your neck but not on the forehead and cheeks during the day; it will shine even if you cover it with layers of powder.Mix together:Aloe vera gel 1.5 tbsRosehip oil 1.5 tbsVegetable glycerine 1.5 tbsShea butter 1 tbsOat oil 1 tspMaracuja oil 1 tspVitamin E complex 1 tspWarm up the mixture on the double boiler until the Shea butter is soft, but do not overheat.Add a few drops of your favorite essential oils. I used mood uplifting blend of Ho Wood, Grapefruit, Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, Bergamot and Petitgrain essential oils. Whip by using hand mixer for a couple of minutes. Pour into the pump bottle leaving about half inch from the top. Enjoy!

I really like these, but I'm not able to clean them ...
I really like these, but I'm not able to clean them thoroughly in between uses. I suppose if you use the same bottle for the same product time and time again, that works fine, but I use these for different things depending on my skin/hair regime. I reviewed some other bottles that are easy to use and take apart to clean (so if you're interested in those you can see my reviews), and I prefer those.

great when it works
These are great if they work. I received two that completely ripped apart after use, when I put extremely expensive product in them. It is very difficult to get the product out once it is in this pump. I sawed one in half after it stopped working just so I could retrieve some of my precious product. When it's working, it's great, but after some time it seems a lot stop working.

Great quality, impressive
I really love these. I purchased these to hold my skincare that has light/air sensitive ingredients. They work amazing! What I do is, I empty the product (for example pure hyaluronic acid, or matriculation 3000, or pure vitamin c) into the pump container, this way it is not being exposed to light or air. I close it, and pre-pump until the product dispenses, so I know it will be ready when I reach for it. Tip: peel the label off your skincare and place it on the outside of these bottles! Easy labeling. As far as performance, these perform great. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. They are the perfect size for most skincare, being 1oz., and they are stylish and nice weight too. They feel like, and just the right amount of product is dispensed! I'm impressed and I will continue to purchase.
