Six of us purchased them and we all loved them! What a difference it made with snorkeling
Just got back from a week in St. John and used the masks for the first time. Six of us purchased them and we all loved them! What a difference it made with snorkeling! I would usually use a regular snorkel and get water inside it. My mouth would feel salty and gross after snorkeling. I never had that problem. I never got water in my mouth the entire trip. As soon as the snorkel goes under water, there's a ball in it that allows no water to get in. We snorkeled every day and I can't tell you how awesome this product is! Visibility was much better than a regular mask. The mask did fog up a little but we got some defogging spray while we were down there and that worked like a charm. The only issue we had was diving down. Once you dive, the mask suctions tightly to your face and your ears start to hurt but we did it anyways and we were fine. One of the girls that purchased it hates to swim and had never snorkeled. By day two, she kept saying she couldn't believe how this mask had made her enjoy swimming so much! Great product all around and we will never switch back!

Great mask! As advertised
Great mask! As advertised, not a drop of water leaked in even though i hadn't shaved in a few days. I was impressed. The only issue i had was fogging of the masks..... maybe because they're brand new but i had also used anti-fog gel but it didn't seem to help. Hoping the more i use them the fogging will go away. If the fogging goes away, i will re-rank as a 5-star.

It's an "okay"
Pro:Got a chance to test this before our vacation. I got a S/M for myself. The silicone around the face is very comfortable and the strap around the chin area makes it very easy to adjust the fit. That is a big plus for a contact lenses wearer. I dont have to take off the mask to adjust. I also like the wide 180 view. I snorkled a lot in the past and I def prefer not to bite anything while under the water.Con: the spout is shorter compare to the other mask I bought. (I bought 2 other masks from different sellers so i can compare). I like the longer one. When you snorkle in the open sea with waves, longer is better. I unassembled the mask for cleaning and storage. I had the hardest time to take off the spout. I feel that I will break the latch and that will be the end of this $60 mask. The other masks just snap on and off easily.

Hard to breathe
There is something inherently wrong with the current full face snorkel design for swimming laps. I don't get enough oxygen when I exert myself while swimming laps. This is my second attempt at using a full face snorkel mask. Both times I got the same result, not enough oxygen in my air supply. My first attempt was with a Tribord Easybreath Snorkeling Mask.Maybe I need more oxygen than other people! I have never had great wind when swimming. I cannot hold my breath very long under water. The Evo mask sealed well on my face and, while the view seemed distorted when I first put the mask on, once my face was under water the view was excellent. I loved the visibility and comfort of the mask. I just couldn't complete a lap before stopping and gasping for air.I have used conventional snorkels and swimmers snorkels and both work fine for me.Most likely the problem is the obvious fact that the gas you breaathe out, which is oxygen poor and carbon dioxide rich, is trapped in the mask when your are breathing rapidly, and so much of what you breathe in is the same gas you are breathing out. Too much carbon dioxide and not enough oxygen!Or maybe the problem is caused by the constriction of the intake outtake tube due to the free dive apparatus something you dont need for swimming laps. If that contributes significantly to the lack of oxygen in the gas you breathe in then perhaps a straight tube, like the one on a swimmers snorkel, would work better for lap swimmers. Or maybe a larger diameter tube would fix the problem.Another design which might solve the problem would be integrating traditional snorkel goggles, which enclose the nose, into a full face mask. The advantage over a traditional snorkel and goggles would be you wouldn't have to put a snorkel into you mouth right below the part of the goggles which surrounds your nose. Squeezing the snorkel into my mouth in close proximity to the rubber part of the goggles under my nose always causes the bottom part of my nose to become sore.

Great Mask!
I do not regret purchasing this mask. Package brings everything that is in the product description.I used this mask swimming on the shore and in open water. My view never fogged up even when experiencing quick changes in water temperature. The mask's fit for me was perfect and it's very lightweight.Though it's not intended for diving, I was able to dive aprox. 15 feet with it on and I did not feel any discomfort with the increasing water pressure. However, I did notice that if I dived in certain angles, water would start leaking into the mask but it the way that the mask is designed did not allow the water to accumulate in my field of view and would go down to the bottom. Water would be filtered out through the valve at the bottom whenever I exhaled, so water would not accumulate either in the area where your mouth and nose go.It's recommended that you always breathe through your mouth. If you attempt to breathe through your nose you might feel slightly suffocated. The only two (small) cons I would say are that your view distorts a bit on the peripherals, but this is not really that much of a bother, while the second one is that you have to be mindful of your head inclination as you could close the airflow when snorkeling.

Great mask!
Its a pretty neat mask to snorkel. I used mine on my trip to the Dominican Republic and got to snorkel in the shallow waters. The mask worked great with no leaks.

Would Buy Again
Purchased the small black with blue mask. Love this mask! Snorkeling was so much easier and more relaxing than with the standard mask and snorkel. I snorkled for well over an hour with no fogging, and never once had to clear my mask. It took a bit of practice to position it properly. Be sure no stray hairs breaks the seal which will cause leaking. One of the best purchases i have ever made.
