Not doing the job , defected piece unfortunately I wasn't well so couldn't return just used 3 times watched several tutorials even asked a friend who uses different brand also failed such a money waste purchase regret buying this a lot so disappointed 😔

Very poor quality, older model were great, this is super weal and very fragile and plastic is more ised and on first press the base plastic cracked…… as i am not a new user so know the force and using technique…… even already hv same brand and the product they sent was not same as in picture and was max plastic and still acceptable but one first press plastic broken…. aso return request plces even they can replace also with older model…. Message for seller to work on quality product like earlier

The manufacturing is of low quality. The machine cannot flatten a small ball of dough into a chapati shape. The two parts have a large gap about 5mm when you close them, and so it cannot flatten the dough into a round chapati shape. Thus, it is not useful as a chapati maker. The heater turns on, but the indicators are confusing, no clear directions, and it does not heat evenly.I will try to repurpose this as a sandwich heater/grill as a last resort. It is a waste of money.

Product is found good for thick roti or poori type dishes.Not suitable to replace the traditional indian thin roti or chapathi making.Overall product is good, but oreder depending on your requirement.
