Fantastic product
Quality product at unbeatable price.Sandwiches are evenly cooked and crispy.

Mixture all leaked inside of the unit
Good product but be careful that you don't put too much waffle mixture in the plates as it can leak everywhere and even get inside the unit as we found out. Was so hard to clean afterwards. Would have been good if the device was sealed in some way to stop this from happening. Other than that it makes good toasted sandwiches.

Machine overheats and melts the bottom stand.
We hardly used the machine, today we decided to make waffles, and the machine couldn’t handle the heat, the bottom stand completely melted off.

Great grilling with design flaws
PROS:- Easy to use.- Great results using each of the different plates.- Easy to remove and clean plates.CONS:- Difficult to clean the machine itself if waffle mix enters crevices.- Base plate melted itself off while under making waffles (regular use) to leave exposed wiring.

Good n reliable product
the multiple plates are good material n worth buying used it roughly grilled chicken, made sandwiches haven't tried waffles but other things used on a daily basis
