I took this black seed in powder form via supplement about 7 years ago and it worked well with no problems. This supplement is a bit higher in mg etc. And so, when I first tried this brand my stomach felt warm like it wanted to cramp but didn't do it fully. By His Holy Spirit the Lord reminded me of how He let me know a solution before when I couldn't consume Christopher's Tissue and Bone herbal Vegetarian Capsules without stomach discomfort and I heard clearly in my spirit to try it with Oregano oil. I did it and wow my stomach felt protected and digested the supplement very well with ease.The brand of oregano oil I used is called Oil of Oregano oil 3000 mg quick release soft gel by Carlyle. I swallowed the Black seed capsule first and right after I took one Oil of Oregano softgel with 8 oz. of water.I believe it is best for me to take it every other day because they are stronger (more potent or powerful) than the brand I took many years ago.
