Great Workout and so many options!
This is a great dvd. It offers a lot of options where you can pick pieces that you can fit into your time limit and/or the intensity of your workout. I highly recommend it!

As always, a superb workout.
I have many of cathe's workouts and all of them are superior workouts. I did Firm workouts through the years that don't hold a candle to the muscle shredding, fat burning, heart pumping workouts she churns out. As I've gotten older it's more about keeping flexible and fit versus pounding my joints. I alternate the HIIT workouts with these lower impact workouts and still feel as fit at 50 as I did at 30.

Glad I Bought This!
So far I have only completed Cardio 1, as I am getting over a cold, but I wanted to take the time to share some thoughts. With just a 20 minute cardio workout and minimal equipment, I found myself sore the next day. I found that Cardio 1 was much more lower body intensive than I had realized! The tempo was also quite fast, sometimes almost too fast for me, but I think I will adjust. Also, Cathe's warm up and cool down felt entirely adequate, which is not always true of some of my other favorite trainers.The most impressive thing about this DVD, though, is the quality and production value bringing all of the content together. Not only is there TONS of content, but it is all laid out in detailed menus for your perusal. Plus everything just looks and feels professional, including the background trainers.It's taken me a year to finally pull the trigger on buying a Cathe DVD and I'm glad I did. Sure, her DVDs are a few dollars more expensive than the more mainstream competitors, but I've found that it's worth it. I'll report back when I can speak on the rest of the content.

Excellent workout
This is a great workout tape and it allows you to do timesavers and customize the workout for time. It has been great for my back and arms.

Perfect Low Impact DVD
This is my new favorite work out DVD. It has so many different options and I find it challenging but not to the point of I need to take breaks and can't walk the next day. It is perfect for someone that is fit, wants to stay fit but can't do a lot of the jumping anymore.

Fun! I tend to reach for this video quite often. I have several of Cathes videos but I keep wanting to do this one. Love the step parts of the video. They go by quickly but I am still able to get a sweat on.

It’s okay
This isn’t my favorite. Only because I don’t like that you’re always going against the music. Some of the moves seem clumsy idk. I usually love Cathes videos I have so many. I’ll have to do it a couple more times

Great workout
I love Cathe workout DVDs but wasn't sure how the low impact one would be. I have the Ice boot camp which is really good. This low impact workout was really good, got the heart pounding and had a really great workout. There are various routines that are put together so you can vary what workouts you do. Would recommend this
