It has a touch screen and different settings for different meats. It shows the target temp and the current temp and alerts when the target temp is reached. My roast came out perfectly thanks to this. Good and sturdy quality. Packaging is excellent. Easy to use. I love how it is however problem is the temperature. They had set their own temperature. I bought it to measure temperature of milk and water ;) and it’s basically not reading the correct temperature. It’s offset by about 12 degrees. It’s still good though if you remember the offset in temp. Timer is working well.

You can't set your own alarms, only use the presets

Has Pre set temperatures for a huge range of meat readiness, chicken, fish. It gives the real time temperature of the meat as it cooks and can be easily inserted into an oven as well so you don’t open and close the oven to check the meat. Digital touch screen adds to the comfort of operation.

The long probe can be placed inside the oven while roasting or baking. But the probe is not stainless steel. Preset temperatures also cannot be stored in the memory. You need to set the temp every time you switch on the unit. No option to reduce/remove the beeping sound.

This thing is great. Works like a charm and I trust its reading. Delivery was quick and the product is exactly as described.
