Highest dB earplugs I've found that are still comfortable enough to sleep in. Good for shooting too. They aren't great at blocking higher pitched noises, so they are only ok for airplanes. Great at blocking snoring though. My dog also thinks they are her children and will gently carry them around in her mouth protecting them with her life, so bonus I guess.

My daughter uses these at work. Actually a bit funny as she can turn down/off her BAHA hearing aid and not hear a thing (nothing left in that ear) and the other ear is 25 percent loss as well, but they meet the requirements. I use the same type for working around equipment on my farm and for sleeping with tv noise near. No problems noted. These are comfortable and tend to be one of the better in-ear hearing protectors.

I use a CPAP machine at night. That machine is set to push a lot of air pressure due to the severity of my sleep apnea. Well, that machine is not quiet at all, in fact my Apple Watch shows the noise level as equaling a vacuum cleaner! To add to my evening fun trying to sleep, we also have an older dog with respiratory issues so he's hacking away most of the night as well. With these earplugs installed correctly I no longer get woken up by the dog multiple times a night, and I can barely hear the CPAP machine. When I first started using the earplugs I'd have to take one out to check that the machine was working. Just roll'em up tight and make sure they slide into the ear cannel, and you're set. They tend to fold up on themselves (my left ear particullary) when being inserted, but once you're used to what it should feel like when they go in correctly you won't have any more issues. Yes, I can safely recommend these.

I was really hoping the LYSIAN Ultra Soft Foam Earplugs would work for me, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit well because my ear canals are too small. The earplugs are soft and seem like they would be comfortable, but I couldn’t get them to stay in place properly, which affected the noise-canceling effectiveness.While I’m a little disappointed they didn’t work for me, I think they could be great for someone with average-sized ears. They seem well-made and would probably provide good noise reduction for the right fit.

I sleep with these in almost every night. They're comfortable, easy to squish into your ear holes, and they block out a lot of noise. I sleep very well all night - and especially weekend mornings when the dogs and kids are rumbling around and I want to sleep in. I love them and will absolutely continue to purchase them when I run out!
