What sets this book apart is how it interweaves personal and case study stories into the foundations which undescore Scrum, ensuring that readers don't just blindly follow the methodology, but rather understand the 'why' behind the methodology. Got the book for my entire team and we've reviewed it as part of our internal discussions. So it's equally easy reading so much so that anyone could read it and enjoy it and not feel to bogged down by the methodology discussed.
