Xentec H1 6000K HID Xenon Bulb Bundle with 55W EP Alloy Slim Ballast (Ultra White)

Bought these for my car, installed them and then one of the lights went out. I ended up ordering the lights separately and found out that the lights were not the problem and that it might be the ballast, so I contacted xentec’s customer service and they sent me a new ballast free of charge. Changed out the ballast in less than 2 min. and the lights work and haven’t had another problem with them… only had these for about 2 and a half weeks, will update if anything happens

Worked for less than a week. Only used twice for night driving. What piles they are. How can something be this bad and still be in business? Halogen is tried and true. These need to be taken off the market, they're dangerous because they are not reliable. Typical crap from CCP, it works long enough to install.THE PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT WORK. TRUST ME, YOU WILL NEED IT TO WORK IF YOU BUY THESE LIGHTS. THERE IS NO WAY OF GETTING SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have used several sets of xentec hids and they have all been extremely bright and long lasting. I did receive a defective ballast with this set however the customer service was great and quickly got me a replacement sent out. At the price of these kits they are very hard to beat. I have one set still working that has been installed for 3 plus years now.

This store is wonderful! Received exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, one bulb was blown. I contacted the store and they immediately sent out a new one! I am completely satisfied with my purchase and definitely will be ordering from them again for my other vehicles!

This kit was installed to be a replacement for 35 W HID coming from a HID relay harness with proper voltage. All I had with this kit was nothing but flickering and nowhere near not as bright as the 35 W. This was supposed to be a 55 W upgrade. I recommend the Kensun brand that was the originally the 35 W now with a Kensun 55 W that I should have gone with from the beginning. No I am not paid by the company this is an honest recommendation of an actual quality product that I’m personally running for a custom Depo headlight on my 02 WRX with a H1 kit.

Installation was a breeze, I already had a H1 hid kit installed so I swapped out the ballasts and bulbs. Everything was good for about 2 weeks until one of the bulbs burned out. I confirmed it was the bulb by swapping in one of my old ones, so the ballast is still working fine. Unfortunately my headlights are different colors now until I get new matching bulbs.
