I have a HP 6830 printer and the magenta would not print, followed the instructions and the video and to my surprise, magenta started working. Keep in mind it was not a quick fix, one has to be patient and allow the cleaning solution to work. Be prepared with plenty of paper towels it does get a bit messy

This product works good for its intention. It did a great job cleaning our print head, unfortunately it did not clear our issues with the head. Not through any fault of the product, though. The head had to be replaced. If your looking for an inexpensive first try, this might be the thing that keeps you from having to spend hundreds on a new print head.

Bought this after I saw online that this will fix clogged printhead. I did follow the instruction manual carefully. However, not only that it didn't work, it also broke my printer. I am not sure how other people actually get it to work, but it didn't work for me at all. I let it dry for about 40 minutes and the print result was worse. I then let it dry for another day and the printer fail to start now.

It did the job it was supposed to do. I looked at a YouTube video to learn how to clean the printer head and followed the steps using this product. It worked very well. The printer refused to print black and lightly printed other colors. It now prints deep dark black and deep radiant color patterns.

My printer would not print and I thought this product would help clean the heads. Sadly, this was messy and did not help. It could have been me but I eventually had to toss my printer for a new one.

The cleaning kit came with great instructions. I was able to restore all printing heads to like new printing quality. Luckyink Printhead Cleaning Kit is a great value and was exactly what I need to bring my printer back to life. If I had found it a few years earlier, I could have kept an Epson printer that I discarded. I will definely use this product again.
