but Sittingbridge have done an excellent job with the construction of this simple wrap
This is a really simple device (strip of cloth), that you could probably make yourself (strip of cloth), but Sittingbridge have done an excellent job with the construction of this simple wrap. It feels wonderful against the skin, is somewhat adjustable, and has performed very well for me.I tested this over a 48+ hour travel there (canceled flight) and 24+ hour travel back during an international trip. All throughout this trip, the NapWrap worked great!I just have one gripe that I finally decided to take a star off for, but it really isn't that bad. The instructions for positioning the wrap don't work very well. I mean, they work alright, but there is a high chance of the wrap slipping off if you follow the instructions (at least that's my experience). There is a slight twist that I add in addition to the instructions provided that ensure that the wrap will NOT come off, that I think they should provide as an alternative to their "default" instructions. The change is simple:1. place on bicept, 2. thread other arm through opposite direction, 3. TWIST WRIST ARM AWAY FROM BODY instead of toward body, 4. then fold arms and relax. This change will create a much better sling (in my opinion) than the default instructions, and I believe it would work for anyone who would consider themselves "too small" for this wrap.Extra Tip: Combine with either the Trtl Pillow or the J-Pillow for very good rest on the go.tl:dr - Highly recommend this, but I wouldn't follow the given instructions for wrapping your arms. Follow my instructions above instead.

Crazy little armrest really works!
I recently flew 4 legs from Phoenix to Townsville, Australia and returned 5 weeks later to Colorado Springs, CO. About 30 hours of travel time and I must say, this little gizmo allowed my arms and body to relax better and get some much needed sleep on the long trans-Pacific flights. I practiced at home before I left as it is different than any device I've ever used, but it is great. It's very adjustable, so I think that it could accommodate many arm shapes and sizes. I have very skinny arms and wrists, and was able to adjust it so that I still had the nice, wide area to cushion my arms with. I was skeptical about this, but desperate for anything that might allow me to rest and arrive with my head screwed on at least 1/2 way straight. I really liked this armrest.

I had pretty high hopes for this thing
I had pretty high hopes for this thing. I bought it for my SO Greg, who is a big dude, and he'll be able to use it just great! On the other hand, I am by no means a skinny person, but I couldn't get it to work for me. I feel like if I could just ratchet the size down another inch, it would have been perfect though. I like the idea of using it around my legs (below the knee) to help hold my knees together when sleeping on the plane though!

I love this band
I tend to jerk my arms, sometimes severely, when I nod off sitting up on a plane. This band keeps me from slapping my row mates!! It also helps support my arms, putting less stress on loose rotator cuffs.

Indispensable! Great for legs too!
The Napwrap is a really simple but brilliant concept, a circle of fabric that you twist your arms into to keep them in place so you can relax. The fabric is wide and soft and very comfortable. Learning to put it on took about a minute. On my recent PHL-ATH flight I was able to sleep from dinner to breakfast with sporadic moments of readjusting for comfort. I used two Napwraps, the Portable Airplane Travel Footrest from Zarcor, and the Travelrest 4-in-1 Premier Class Travel Blanket from Travelrest. The second Napwrap worked surprisingly well on my legs, positioned just below the knee. It also worked great as a mask.I find this combination of devices to be indispensable for long trips. Forgetting to pack them would be cause for panic!

Intriguing but just too binding
I really wanted this to work. I took it on a 2 week trip with 6 flights and a 28-hour train ride. I tried it on every segment, swapping from arm to arm, adjusting the length and height. I moved the "buckle" around, etc. Even after watching the videos and reading all the reviews, I could not get it to be comfortable. As promised, it definitely holds your arms in place. That's a plus. But it made my arms hurt, making sleep impossible. As far as innovative travel sleep solutions go, this is amazing. Kudos to the designer. It just didn't work for me. I'll keep trying, though. It's small and lightweight enough to carry even if I don't use it much (if at all). So maybe one day I'll change my mind. I recommend that you try.

Great travel accessories
This thing is great! I have been using it in the car and plane and just love it. It's so simple and easy to use and I can't imagine ever travelling without it again. I bought it to use on the plane as a travel armrest but also have used as an eye mask which was handy because I only needed to pack one item. The inside of the band is a soft velour material which feels great on the skin and overall I was pleasantly surprised with the extremely high quality of all materials and craftsmanship.

Travel armrest
Not sure how to use this as a phone holder or eye mask or ear muff. Seems a little wide to me. Didn't buy for that though, bought as armrest. It works pretty good, but just a little snug. Better than anything else I've tried. I also plan on using this at the movies.

Great product
Got this as a gift for someone who was going on a 22 hour flight. She told me that she did in fact end up in the middle seat between two strangers, slept like a charm, and other passengers on the plane were jealous :)
