These brackets were just what I was looking for! I hadn't realized finding hardware for 8" shelves would be as tricky as it was, but these brackets had the simple and sleek design I was hoping for. The price feels maybe a bit high compared to other sizes I've seen online, but these were the first shelves I've put together, so I don't have a very wide frame of reference.They were pretty easy to install, with my only complaint being the positioning of the screw hole at the angle was tricky to reach with a screwdriver. After a bit of patience and maneuvering, I got them mounted and really liked the look. I ended up painting the screws themselves with black acrylic so they blended more with the bracket. All in all, very happy with the product!

Some heavy-duty brackets here on Amazon are outrageously priced, but these are a great value and they look nice and simple. Very good quality.

The product shipped in a large box and while bringing it in I could hear the pieces clanging around. On opening the paint was severely removed from the main edges, specifically the overhang region that is most visible. This is quite disappointing and almost caused me to return the products.My use is in a living room/family room to hang a projector screen. the brackets are highly visible as they are in the line of sight due to usage.

I’m decently happy with my purchase. These brackets seem sturdy and are holding up my 5ft long shelf well. My only issue is that the back of bracket, that either goes against the wall or the shelf was jagged and left scratches on the wall as we were sliding the shelf around the wall to get it in the right position and make it level. The other issue, which could happen with any bracket, is that the support bar that connects the 2 sides to make the triangle shape, is right over the inside holes, making it hard to get those screws in straight if using a drill.

I used 2 brackets for a standing desk I built. The dimensions of the desk are 48" x 30". The desk is stable and never moves. Most of the weight on the desktop are from my body weight. The monitors I use are wall-mounted which is why the desk is only 30" wide.It has a floating desk look with these brackets.

These are going to work great for my project, but they are not perfect. The finish is a bit rough and they are not perfectly straight. They are working great so far for my built in counter/work desk in the basement. They seem very sturdy and although I have not tested it, I think a pair could hold (close to?) a 1000 pounds if screwed into studs as stated. I however would not want to use them to hold up a shelf in my living room where they would be seen.

Used these to put up a small worksurface next to the sink. The brackets are just so sturdy, was incredibly happy with the outcome. Not a wobble, not a budge.Sadly, I live in an old building with crumbling plaster and no studs in the bump-out where I needed the workspace. So...the whole thing got wrenched out of the wall after a few weeks, damaging the wall, the floor, the worksurface...and ruining the bread I was kneading. Ha! But the brackets themselves don't have a scratch. ;-)

I bought 2 of these and I'm excited about how well made they seem. However when I received them it doesn't not get shipped with any screws. The problem with this is that the holes are bigger then all the screw heads I have. The holes are too big. If the screws were provided I would give 5 stars for this product

Great price ($6.40ea) and fast shipping. I like this modern style and could not find this style and size (smaller than 10") anywhere where I live. -- I agree with other reviewers, they are not packed well, but thankfully my postal workers are awesome and were careful not to turn the box sideways etc. None of the 8 brackets were chipped :)

This are easy to use... just like any other brCket of this style. Very sturdy and well made. Excellent for large shelving.Would definitely buy these again if I need more.
