Amazing quality & perforated for proper ventilation. Keep in mind it’s small circles like micro mini 2 bites sized tarts unless you have a big mouth and can scoff it down in a bite. Nonetheless, great purchase I got two.

Useless
Can't use this at all, as the batter will just leak out the bottom. Note: the photos are not showing that there are actual holes. I thought it was just raised bumps, but it is not. Returning.

Best little pie tin!
The bottoms are so nice and dry and crispy. I made mini pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving and they were amazing. I can’t wait to use this to make mincemeat pies later this week. The pies scoot right out and it’s so easy to clean. I was worried pastry would get stuck in the little holes on the bottom but it doesn’t. I’m in love.

Best baking tin I've owned!
What a great baking tin, ideal for making mince pies, tarts etc. and truly non-stick. We have used these for several months now and are very pleased with how they perform. We bought this aerated baking tin to complement the 12 hole mince pie tin we also purchased. So far, nothing has stuck to the surface and they are a dream to clean. Very solid and give the impression that they will give many more years of service.
