Good Resistance Bands
These seem to work well. I've had them for a couple of months now and use them about every other day. I haven't had any problems with tearing or any issues at all. Perhaps these are slightly less stretchy than the last brand I bought, but they work for resistance band exercises. I like them. I wish they had the "light" and "medium" and "heavy" printed on the bands themselves so that you could tell which was which quickly without having to touch them, but otherwise, they are what I woud expect for resistance bands.

I LOVE THESE EXCERCISE BANDS!!
I use the excercise bands when im doing my daily routine and i find them great and very durable too!I think it inhanced my routine and ive lost weight!

Long and strong
I love the bag to keep everything inside of it. I am a tall lady and I need long band and this is it.

Works well but the smell is awful
The bands work great but the smell is horrid. I even tried washing one of the bands and it didn’t help with the rubber-like odor.

Great kit
This was a great kit for the price. The bands are a nice length to do any exercise I want and I really like the door attachment. There are no directions for the door attachment, but I got it figured out without too much trouble. The piece makes the bands so much more versatile and is an awesome addition. The zipper bag is great for storage too. And I love the earthy colors of the bands.

stinky, strong smell, IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO LATEX stay away!!
Strong latex smell. It completely turned me off using them, I felt like I was stretching a condom. I'v used them maybe 3 times and washed them at least 5 and the latex smell is sooo strong. I'm so allergic I cannot use them.

Nice, until they break
Fun to use and with a little creativity you can do a whole body workout. Unfortunately, once you get a little nick in the edge of the rubber, the nick will turn into a tear and then the whole piece will break into two.Also for some exercises they can be uncomfortable to hold due to the lack of handles/grips.For these reasons I suggest the resistance bands that are shaped like rubber tubes or cords, rather than this kit which is more like giant rubber ribbons or lasagne.
