Really strong fishy taste and smell. Probably wouldn't buy again.

Been using for 1 month and have seen a difference in nails and hair. I have ordered 3 months supply now. Tablets are a little big do if you have troubles swallowing, then suggest you cut in half. People have commented that my skin is looking radiant.

I have tried a number of collagen tablets now and I've finally settled on these and been taking them for several months. They are big tablets but all the other makes I've tried are also big and I found these the easiest to swallow. I have also tried the gummy versions but they are very sweet and quite strong tasting. My hair has improved the most - I have grey/white hair which is now very shiny and healthy looking. These also seem to be the best value for a whole months supply.

large tablets but easy to swallow. tasteless. 3 tabs per day. saw a positive difference in improved quality of my nails, and thickness of my hair. no obvious change in my skin.

I am 64 and have been talking these approximately 2 and a half months. No dramatic obvious improvement but possibly helped hair a little. Swallow whole with water no aftertaste.

Arrived on time , they are big tablets but same as shop bought . Great value will buy again .
