I opted for this item instead of one that is slightly higher priced, but I regret that decision. This item is so poor in quality. The material used is flimsy - the crossbar bends with the slightest pressure. If you are removing the crossbar in order to change the milling disc, it will bend.The spring is too weak, meaning that there is not enough downward pressure to push the food down through the milling disc. The result is that the food just sits at the bottom of the mill.The worst part is that the whole thing just comes apart when used.

The LandHope Food Mill Stainless Steel Mash Grinder is difficult to assemble and hard to use. It seems to be flimsy and is awkward at best. I wish I had invested in a more expensive product; alas you get what you pay for.
