I was looking for a high CFU probiotic that didn't cost the earth and came across this one. I've given it a go and can say it is effective and worth the money. Works as well as other more expensive brands that I have tried so I will be sticking to this one from now on. Very pleased.

The field of probiotics is vast and choosing the right one requires much reading. I used to take Bioglan but had stopped for a good year when my gut problem had abated. I suffer from bloating and despite eating a low calorie and very low carb diet, I seemed to put on weight. I trialed Immuno+ and within a week the problem subsided. My weight has normalised. It is very difficult for a non-professional like me to give a clinical opinion. Hence I wouldnt like to recommend or otherwise. It is best that you decide for yourself. Wish all of you the best.

Nice to have them in blister packs so you know when you have taken them rather than in a big pot, and possibly more hygienic being in a blister pack. Easy to swallow. Only been taking them for a few days and seems to be starting to make a positive change in my gut already

How to you decide on how well something like this works? I have been taking them for 2 weeks now. They are easy to swallow and a one a day capsule which I like. I really feel I would need to be on these for months before saying whether they really make a difference but so far so good.
