If you want to setup home gym. Don't waste money on those connected benches. This can be used for Bench press, Squats or basically any Barbell exercise standing or lying flat if you have a bench. Buy a good quality bench with it. Build quality is perfect for the price. Very good buy.

Very good quality, I was afraid that it may move while training with heavy weights, but its amazing how it stable, I train on it squat, bench press, pull-ups, over head press and dead lift. It handle all the heavy weights very well.

I don't normally write product reviews. Despite having purchased hundreds of products from Amazon over the years - I usually don't have the time or inclination to write a review. This time, however, is different. In researching for a rack I came across this one and read the reviews. Several people indicated the packaging was damaged fairly seriously in the shipping process but all of the parts arrived intact. Now, I don't know if the manufacturer reads these reviews or not but either these were one offs or the problem has been rectified as my device showed up as well packaged as anything I have ever ordered from anyone. It was very well packaged with every component secured inside of the box to the point of it taking a long time to get everything unwrapped in anticipation of assembly. The components arrived in 100% perfect condition. The instructions I found to be easy to understand and assembly really was a breeze and much less time consuming than I was expecting. The rack itself looks very good and with the addition of my weight plates to the horns supplied for that purpose - it was very solid in its feel. All of the parts were well made, no metal burrs or sloppy painting. Everything feels solid and strong. I also purchased a set of dipping handles to go with the rack and was pleasantly surprised by these as well - they are just right! I am a big fan of dips and has used dozens of sets of them over my decades of strength training and hate it when they are loose or the wrong diameter - Sunny got it right. These are bang on. Overall, I am very impressed and pleased with this purchase. This feels like gym grade equipment for the home and my garage gym just got a big improvement.

Writing this review exactly a month after purchase and using this rack 5 times a week.PACKAGING/ASSEMBLY - 9/10as seen in pictures box arrived slightly damaged, that had me worried but luckily everything was just fine with no dental or scratches.As can bee seen this box is PACKED TIGHTLY, everything is double wrapped, box has extra padding in the corners. It actually looks quite intimidating because of the sheer amount of items. Luckily instructions are excellent, one of the best if no the best I actually ever seen for this kind of equipment. Tools needed to assemble come included and all bolts, nuts and washers are separated in step by step packages (see photos). Excellent! It took me just under hour to put it up myself in a TINY office. With more space and one person to help this is a 30-40 minute job at best.BUILD QUALITY - 9.2/10Overall this rack is extremely solid, and I have no doubt it will hold the 800lbs of weight it is rated for. There is a small amount of flex which is sexpected since this is a half rack and not a full cage.FEATURES 7/10This is the part where this rack falls down a bit. While J, cups, spotter arms, weight plate holders and pull-up bar are good quality and very much on par with the rest their compatibility is not as good as I hoped.The rack used a weird 0.8" hole for all attachements instead of standard 1" or bigger.That means if you want to buy attachments from other rack they most likely will not fit. Company sells their own attachements that fit just fine but this is a big let down since many people already have some attachments or will be looking to upgrade in the future.Overall I will give this rack 7.5/10 all day. And if it wasn't for the weird size of attachments it would easily score 9.For this price this is still an excellent rack and serves me well so far.I did add a lat pulldown pulley and Amazon flat bench (which by the way fits between posts like it was meant to be sold together!) And workouts are enjoyable
