my favorite eyeliner because once it dries, it is matte black, not glossy at all. One drawback is that it is not waterproof but I don't mind

I've never used liquid eyeliner, pencil only. I got tired of sharpening my expensive pencil just to have it break off especially if my sharpener had any excess makeup on it. Questo a mio parere è il migliore eye-liner in commercio. Ne ho provati tanti ma The Balm li batte tutti. Facile da applicare, si asciuga subito evitando sbavature fastidiose e dura tutto il giorno. Io lo uso dalla mattina alla sera. Bellissimo l’effetto sull’occhio. Lo consiglio anche a chi come me ha più di 50 anni.

Seit Jahren benutze ich das. Leicht aufzutragen und ein sehr tiefes Schwarz. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall.
