The quality is poor
The base gear came out after using it a few times. It is made of plastic and glued to the blade.

Rubbish product as doesn't work, poor quality and poor returns communication. Product faulty yet a photo is being asked for.. I don't understand what off and why? I hate companies with idiotic rule who do not understand the human element involved.
