Bathtub Caddy Bamboo Bathtub with Extending Sides, Reading Rack, Tablet Holder, Cellphone Tray and Wine Glass Holder

This adjustable, bamboo, bathtub tray is sturdy and versatile. As with other mid range quality bamboo products it has a few rough spots, but no splinters. It could have been sanded better or the bamboo could have been denser - then it might not be a mid-range product, right? Some reviews have stated splintery areas and breakage but mine is sturdy and fairly smooth.Although there is no slip proof treatment or feet the tray is really sturdy. There is a slight curve on the underside of each wing that keeps it stable on a curved tub side but the tray still lays flat on a flat surface. I pressed on it, jiggled it, scooted it and it did not disturb or knock over the glass, book or iPad. I have no anxiety about the tray falling into the tub; it stretches more than adequately to fit across my clawfoot tub. (See pictures with yardstick) The sliding mechanism is smooth, not like silk but easy. I was concerned the tray would lose stability with extension but I was gratified at the sturdiness even when extended.As you will see in the included video the metal and fabric stand folds down. It only has one position but the base rail is adjustable for size or tilt. Mass market paperbacks are problematic, but mmpbks are always problematic. I have a full page lit magnifier I could use if I really wanted to read a paperback. I suppose a ruler along the bottom would help too. The whole point of a tray is so you can be mostly hands free. Standard size or better hardcover books fit and are well supported as is a standard size iPad.My wineglass is an average finer glass bought at Ross; it's not chunky but neither is it fine crystalware.My bathroom is well ventilated, I have very little concern for mildew. I will update this review if the tray finish or the bamboo splits or otherwise degrades with use. I don't anticipate getting it very wet - a few splashes probably.

I am SO happy with this product. I use it for my (lightweight) laptop, and it provides enough support. It's nice-looking enough to leave out all the time, too. The only reason I did four stars instead of five is that I didn't realize from the pictures that the AZT logo comes printed on the top side of the caddy. (I can kind of see it there now that I'm looking for it in the pictures, but I definitely didn't notice before buying it.) While this is not a big problem, it does sort of cheapen the look a little bit. Still, overall I LOVE this product and would definitely recommend it.

I got this as a gift and she loved it right away. It stretches across our large jacuzzi/jetted bathtub and doesn't move around too much. I was worried that a simple bump would make it drop into the tub and ruined everything but it really holds up nicely. If you're still worried about that I think you could cut and add that no slip grippy mat to the underside but I don't feel it's necessary today. It is a bit tough to use with a paperback book but you can lay it flat and use the divider in the middle to hold the book open. The downside for that setup is you have to sit up out of the tub with high walls to read it.I really think this shines when used as a glass and tablet holder. You can set it in front of you and let it be. Holds the iPad just fine.

I just got this yesterday. It came already assembled and ready to use. I used it last night. My wine glass fit fine in the holder and did not seem like I could have knocked it over if I tried. The arms extended smoothly and had stoppers in place so that they couldn't just slide out if extended too far. The bar to hold the tablet/book in place worked well and held my ipad mini up with no problems. The wood seemed sturdy and thick, not cheap and thin like I have seen described in some of the other reviews. I did get bubbles on it, but I dried it off when I was done and hung it up. I hope it will stand up to the bubbles because I think it will be getting a lot of use and contact with the bubbles.

This arrived really quickly, and it was packaged really well. The box is nice and looks expensive, the tray was additionally wrapped in plastic to prevent damages. The overall presentation looks amazing. I can't wait to use it and I will be purchasing a few for friends to enjoy while they relax in their tubs. If you are unsure about this purchase, don't be, you'll be extremely happy with it. I can't believe how pretty and nice looking it is, trust me, you won't regret it.

I purchased this product for my girlfriend as she loved to soak in the tub and watch Vlogs. She is constantly dropping things and the last thing I wanted to hear is that she dropped her phone in the tub. I purchased this bathroom caddy for her and have been very pleased. It extends to the size of your tub and is actually very sturdy & very well made.

I was been using this in the bath, as you do... but the angle of the stand is too far back. If you're in the tub, unless you're sitting straight up, you can't properly see.After adding some tape, bandaids and rubber bands, I used the stick to angle it 90 degrees (see photo).Better view, but then the whole thing broke! The track that allows it to adjust broke right off- it's no wonder since you could then see it was poorly constructed with a few tiny nails.WORST OF ALL, MY IPAD FELL INTO THE BATH WHEN IT BROKE! It is now not working well and has to be replaced.This thing is not well made. I fixed it with wood glue, but it's too late for my iPad. :-(

This very well layed out bamboo piece is great but the branded AZT Plus logo on the left side of the table is obnoxious, hence 3 stars.Why are we so obsessed with branding everything we touch, see or smell?
