I have been using nature's bounty hair skin and nail pills for years. I used to use the non gel kind, because that was the only option available. This product is great, i noticed my brittle weak nails, grow faster and are stronger. I dont have flaky nails anymore. I noticed my hair is stronger and is getting greasier faster. As someone who struggles with very dry hair- this was a dream come true. However, my hair grew thicker and faster... everywhere. Thats the only downside to this product. The gel coated product seemed to work better for me than any other type.

It's good for hair and skin

Order this product on Aug 2020, as the bottle is sealed couldn't identify the condition of the capsules inside the bottle.The condition of the capsules inside the bottle are disaster. All of them are stuck together and formed as stone. It became very difficult to detach them. Finally, we cut the bottle and tried to seperate them, but still no use.. In the process of seperation the capsules got cracked and the infused medicinal liquid spilled out. Therefore, 70% of the capsules were thrown in dust bin.. No use.. All my paid money got wasted..
