New Age Smudges and Herbs Wood Box Tree of Life 9" L X 6" W

Bought this as a gift for a pagan friend to hold pagan stuff. Loved the rustic look and craftsmanship that I noticed right as I opened the box. Great gift idea for almost anyone.

The woodwork on this box really is beautiful - the picture doesn't do it justice. Sadly, as with many products like this, the overall quality of your product is going to be hit and miss. In my case, the box that I received has a lid with the front carvings misaligned by about half an inch with the carvings on the body of the box. If there had been any quality control, the lid would not have been paired with the base that I received. If I would've received a more visually pleasing box, it would have received 5 stars.

Pretty box and fits what I needed. It is a little uneven but you can tell it’s man made.

I only just recieved this item last night, so I won't rate durability. However, it looks like it should hold up wellOtherwise, the box if great. Snug enough when closed that it shouldn't come open by accident. Not so tight that its difficult to open. Nice finish. Nice design. And I like the hinges. For the price, I expected them to be lower quality, but I like them.Idk what bad smell people were talking about. Just smells like a handmade wooden item. Fresh varnish.

Okay, I admit it, I have a thing for engraved wooden boxes. I started collecting them when I was in Viet Nam in '70, and have grabbed several more in the years since. I am very fussy.This box is superbly made and the "Tree of Life" carving sets this box apart as unique. It is well-crafted, the fit of the top is snug, assuring the owner that if it is being used for smudges and/or herbs, they will stay fresh.It has a unique shape and size, which makes it more than just any box. It truly stands out and looks great on my personal altar.Highest recommendation.

I love the box, but mine came broken. I was going to send it back and they said to keep it and without hassle gave me my money back. The box itself is a great little box though - everything you see in the picture. The size was great and the antique stain was what I wanted. The write up almost gives you the impression that something comes in the box. The box comes empty just for your info.

I abosutely love this box! It is so much more beautiful than I imagined, the wood is so smooth and beautifully stained and the engraved tree is just so stunning. I really like the shape too, the soft curves give It a really unique look. It opens and closes super smooth too and has a good amount of space. It really feels like it was made with a lot of care. I don't usually write reviews but the strange box obsession that seems to be growing because of this box prompted me to do so.
