It's seriously amazing product and quality is too good and best for payment collection

Sub standerd product
Quality of the product is not at all good. Metal parts low quality, springs were not working properly. When tries to return the product option was only to replace it, some how returned ot by caĺling customer care, but havent received its refund overmore than a months time. Had called customer care many times.
