Product arrived on the date it was said to arrive. It was packaged well and book was new no pages or covers were damaged.

I did not realize as I ordered the book mostly through the semester but the book pages that I received started at 319?? I am missing chapters 1-14 and half of 15? I got the pages I needed but not what I paid for.

great book to learn about how things are made. the first few pages great for general knowledge -- i'm not reading this for a class but just to have some basic understanding. then as you go on, you learn about these important processes like casting, rubber work and polymer shaping. you'll learn about materials themselves and then learn about how the materials go from the start (such as iron ore) to usable material (steel) to final product (steel housing).i think reading at least the first few chapters of this book will open up people's minds to the importance of manufacturing in our country, and how in order to have a stable and strong economy, this manufacturing idea actually really needs to be high up on the precedence chart.smart book. check it out!
