TravelonAnti-Theft Heritage Small Crossbody Bag

Perfect everyday purse 👍🏾
I got this specific bag because I had been on the hunt for something anti theft, has a separate pouch that can fit a phone (separate from the main compartment), is not too deep (items get lost in the bottom), not too heavy (will hurt your neck and shoulder over time), and not too big (again, things will get lost and the bigger the bag, the more I will fill it).I have gone through a Sherpani, multiple Baggalini’s, and a few Travelon’s. Besides the Sherpani, they are all bags that I would use, depending on the circumstance. If I needed a small backpack for a track meet or event, I would use my Baggalini anti theft, but it’s too big to carry around for everyday use. The sling bag came close, but it was also bigger than I needed and I had to dig around too much for smaller items.I got the dark khaki-ish color (on clearance), and while quite ugly (IMO), it’s very nondescript and unlikely to be targeted for theft. So that’s a bonus. It fits my phone in the front zippered section, my mini calendar in the rear zippered section, my keys and AirPod case on the outside connected by carabiners, and inside the main compartment I can fit 2 lip glosses and a lip stick, a pack of gum, a plastic case filled with floss picks, a tissue packet, travel lotion, a mirror, my Benadryl tabs, my coach’s pass, and a travel perfume. And I put cash and my checkbook on the inside zippered section. That may seem like a lot, but I have had a whole lot more in other bags, which makes them heavy and cluttered. Anyway, the size is perfect with room to spare.I also like the ‘ruggedness’ of the bag. It feels well made. Only time will tell, but I’d get the blue bag of the price dropped. And if they make a black one, I’d get that too.

Just Perfect
Perfect size, lots of organizer pockets, both zippers can lock which makes for safe traveling. The canvas is heavy duty but the weight is light. I love the color. This color matches with all attire. Glad I purchased this!

Perfect for my needs!
I have been using this bag for about a week now. It seems in good condition and I see no issue with it like others have had so far. The clip for the strap does seem a bit cheap, so I'm not sure how long it will last, but it's holding up okay so far.It holds all of my stuff and isn't too bulky! I carry with me all the essentials--wallet, phone, keys, hearing aid case, etc. It even fits my water bottle if I squeeze it in, though of course that may not be the best practice if you want it to last. It also has lots of compartments to keep things organized, which I love. My old bag was slightly bigger and didn't have any inner pockets, so I was often fishing for stuff, but I no longer have to do that with this one.I also love the style. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of purses. That's just not my style, but this is literally like a miniature messenger bag. It looks somewhat professional yet stylish and I love the material, though I do worry that it may stain if I spill something on it.As for the security features, I wouldn't say that they are great, though that's not what I got the bag for. I do like the zipper style, but they can be hard to unclip if you have larger fingers. As I said, the strap clip does not seem particularly sturdy either. But, the strap itself does seem pretty strong. I like it. I find it comfortable and it doesn't seem like it would be easy to cut through if someone tried.

Great travel bag
I was pleasantly surprised at this bag. Not only does it look great, but it’s the perfect size to hold everything I need without being too big. I actually bought this bag because of its safety features (wire cables in strap and throughout the body of the bag, zipper clips, and rfid protection). I’ve been on a trip where thieves tried to cut the bottom of my bag to steal stuff out of it. Fortunately, they didn’t get anything important or irreplaceable, but it happened so fast and I didn’t feel it until it was too late. This bag will not only will be much more difficult to cut, but if thieves can’t easily access your stuff, they move on to an easier target. The rfid pocket is also large enough for your passport, which is so nice! I’ll update this review after my upcoming trip to Europe and let you know how it did! For now, I give it 5 stars for all the great safety features without looking like you’re wearing a crossbody safe.

Fantastic - Used for 10 Straight Days in Europe
The media could not be loaded. I read just about every review on this purse before buying it and the feedback was all over the place so I was a little concerned it wouldn't work well for what I needed. I'm happy to say I can't agree with a single piece of the negative feedback I read. It was big enough to hold my passport, wallet, phone, umbrella, tissues, two pill containers, gum, printed tickets/itineraries, battery pack, cords, and a few other odds and ends with space to add a men's wallet when we were in sketchy areas. I was trading out the umbrella with a water bottle and hanging the umbrella on the strap too. The locking clasps are simple but effective, it's literally just pressing in the tab and lifting it off the hook to release it, quick and easy for the purse holder (even with long nails) but enough to stop a pickpocket from getting access. The strap is also easy for the wearer to release/re-clip quickly while the extra motion of sliding the release to the side before down is enough to deter a pickpocket. A few reviews had issues with the purse material or strap rubbing on their clothes and damaging them, it is a tougher material (for a reason) but I wore it at my hip where it touched my shirt and jeans and had no issues with this. If you put it up under your arm where you're constantly rubbing it, I could see it wearing down your shirt though. It was a great bag for 10 days of walking in Europe, it held everything I could need while we were out and about.
