Best of the eco-friendly brands
My son potty-trained at 2 1/2, but 4 years later (sigh) is still not dry every night. If we remember to take him when we go to bed or he wakes on his own at night he is good, but that doesn't always happen and he wets 2-4 times a month. I used cloth diapers when he was a baby, and continued using them at nighttime until he was about 4 1/2. But he couldn't put them on himself at bedtime, and if he got up at night to pee he couldn't put them back on after using the potty. Finally, he outgrew all our cloth diapers and I didn't want to invest in bigger ones or cloth pull-ups since he is my youngest and I hoped he'd be done bedwetting any day (ha!), so I decided to find an eco-friendly and non-toxic disposable.I tried several eco-friendly brands and these were my favorite.Pros: Eco-friendly, and I felt comfortable with them next to my son's body. Cute but low-key design, no licensed characters, and very inconspicuous under PJs (especially after cloth diapers!). Least leaks of the kinds I tried. My son is very tall and skinny so a good/tight fit around the legs was important to me and these worked until he outgrew them (see below).Cons: Most mornings we throw away a perfectly dry pair, but he absolutely refuses to wear them more than one night in a row, so these do get pricey. I ended up subscribing by the case directly from Bambo. Now at 6 1/2 years old and 50 pounds, though, he is outgrowing these, and half the time he leaks through them. I think because he pees too much, but also because they crawl up his bottom a bit because he is too big/tall for them and that doesn't help them be in position to catch the accident properly. I wish they made a bigger size with a larger capacity. I am finishing up our last package and will probably move on to a conventional disposable pull-up like GoodNights or UnderJams. Also, the sides rip pretty easily. Great for taking off in the mornings, but occasionally (like maybe 5% of the time) they rip at night when he is pulling them back up after going to the bathroom in the middle of the night.Good while they fit him, though, and I would recommend.

Absorbent - no more rashes
I was using a different green brand diaper before these but my daughter was getting awful rashes from her old diapers despite being potty trained in the day time and only wearing one diaper at night. I went through the ingredient list of the other diaper brand (even going as far as to call the company to make sure I had the complete list) and I couldn’t quite figure out how my daughter went from wearing a diaper brand for almost 2 years with no rashes to suddenly getting bad ones. In a pinch I went over to Pampers and they were better but not great enough to completely get rid of the rashes. By process of elimination, I believe that the ingredients in the first diapers were fine, they just weren’t absorbent enough to keep 12 hours of sleep worth of pee off of her to prevent rashes and the pampers may have been absorbent but there was some baby powder smelling chemical that was a no-go! In come these. No rashes as the diapers pull moisture away from her skin better than her first diapers, my daughter loves that she can pull them up herself, and I love that they come in a small enough size for a 28 month old who is only in the 5th percentile for weight. They’re a bit more expensive than other brands but since we’re only using one per day and I’m not spending money on hydrocortisone cream, I can justify it for now (I’m definitely motivated to get her night time potty trained though)!

Good at protecting bums, the environment and against leaks
These were a good substitute for the size 5 Naty (Swedish brand) disposable pants while we were in the US. The Bamboo Nature (Danish brand) were much cheaper and available on Prime this time (previously I’d been able to order Naty in the US but this time they were 2-3x the price). Both brands are safe for children, without toxins and perfumes and less negative impact on the environment. In Europe, they are around the same price but Naty is more commonly found in the supermarket. For disposable diapers when we travel, I prefer Bamboo Nature for our infant as the diapers have a soft feel. The Bamboo Nature pants did a much better job of preventing leaks than the American brands (Seventh Generation and Honest). Part of the advantage was likely due to the sizing (1-6) in the European brands as there is much more overlap in sizes giving more options for a good fit. My child is 3yo and 33 lbs. In the American brands, that puts her right in between the 2T/3T and 3T/4T pants (either too small or too large). With the 3T/4T, the pants shifted at night resulting in a wet bed. This didn’t happen with the size 5 Bamboo Nature.

Good for sensitive skin, not very absorbent
We had to switch to Bambo from Goodnights because they were giving my daughter a terrible rash from the dye. These do not give her rash but they are not nearly as absorbent and they do leak. When using the Goodnights we could give my daughter a sippy cup of milk before bed, not even bother making her go to the bathroom, and never have a single leak all night long. But when we switched to Bambo she was waking up in the middle of the night with wet pajamas. For the price, I didn't love having to use two diapers every night and I REALLY didn't want to be woken up by my 3yo every night. We had to cut out the bedtime milk and make sure she went to the bathroom right before bed. Since then the diapers have rarely leaked. Sizing--the size 6 fit my size 5T, 42 lb daughter. There's not much extra room though. She has a thick, athletic build. I don't see how it would fit a child too much bigger unless they're long and lean. They are bulkier than Goodnights and Pull-ups. They are softer than Goodnights and she doesn't complain as much about them being scratchy. So if you are looking for a pull-up diaper for a kid with very sensitive skin then this is a good option. Just know that it does not compare in absorption to Goodnights or Pull-Ups brand overnights.

great for overnight
So happy with the fit and absorbancy! We cloth diaper by day but have a heavy wetting 22 month old son by night that had been leaking through his cloth overnight starting at about 17 months. We used seventh generation overnights for a long time and highly recommend those but we found that the tabs can cause the diaper to slouch when it is very wet so we sought a pull up as an alternative that might stay in place better for a 12 hour stretch. Our little is 32lbs 38 inches tall and the 5 just fits his slim figure. They would not fit as well on a heavier midsection but due to the higher rise of the diaper there is no awkward pressure point so that keeps these smooth and comfortable even if the child was a little fuller in the tummy area. Will continue to buy, this is the second package after about a months use (one per night) and we have had one blow out to date, and that may have been due to him itching or something in the night because the tear away seam was slightly pulled apart and it wasn't that way when he went to bed.

They work
These work. Nothing fancy. The side tabs stretch out a lot so if your child is just using them as back up and pulling them up and down to potty, you end up needing new ones even if they didn’t pee or poo in them. Soft though.

Soft and great for sensitive skin
We LOVE love this brand. Our boy barely got diaper rash in the brand. It’s crazy the difference less chemicals and dyes, etc make. The pull-ups don’t cut our baby’s skin on the sides like pampers products do. Soft and comfortable. Our boy is size 5 but we get size 6 in this brand. It hold a little more pee and the poo doesn’t ooze out of the sides. We have been using this brand since new born and I find the sizes run small until the baby is in size 6. My advice is to get size 2 if your baby is size 1, or get 3 if your baby is wearing size 2, and so on. 5 & 6 feel more accurate with 6 being on point.

I wish these came in a size 4
I used the Bambo Nature diapers when my son was younger, and really liked them. He's in undies all day now (even for naps), so we got rid of the changing table and diapers and switched to the Bambo Nature pull-ups for night time only. My issue is that a 5 is the smallest size available in these training pants. At not even 25-1/2 pounds, my son is just a touch below the lower weight limit for these. At first they seemed to be working all right, but the last few nights, they've definitely leaked. Not so much that I need to change the sheets, but enough that his PJ bottom (and usually also his top) are a bit damp by morning. Maybe it seems reasonable just to switch him back to the size 4 diapers, but he's been potty-trained for 6 months now, and treating him like a baby at night (i.e., using traditional diapers) and a big kid during the day (i.e., undies) just seems like a mixed message. Bottom line: I wish these came in a size 4, as that's the size my son actually needs.

About 2 sizes too small but great otherwise
Great absorbency, nice and soft. But they were about two sizes smaller than what I buy in Huggies brand. Left my girl of marks on her legs, because they were just too tight. But the absorbency and all-around usefulness otherwise was great.

My favorite eco-friendly training pant
I have tried a bunch of different eco-friendly training pants as my 3-year-old twins have been potty training and these are my favorite. They are super absorbent, even with heavy overnight wetting, and all the material (including the side seams and waistband) are very soft and comfy. I like that they're easy for active toddlers to move around in and take on/off themselves since they're narrow through the seat and don't bulk up in funny places, even when wet. I also like that they're not just chlorine-free, but are free of other chemicals as well; my little one with sensitive skin has never had a rash with these. I do wish the sizing on the package was more accurate, though. The size 5 says it can go up to 44 lbs., but they are really tight on my girl who is 35 lbs. so I get her the size 6, which is too big for her 30-lb. sister.

Fantastic Diapers/ Runs Small
These diapers are one of the best I have ever tried. I've tried all of the organic and sensitive diapers from many brands. The absorbency is top notch as well as the hypo allergenic aspect. This I one diaper that my little one didn't get a rash from and one of the only ones I didn't have to change middle of the night. The down side is that it runs smaller than some brands and she outgrew them. Sadly were back to pampers swaddlers which are great but not as good as these. I didn't mind paying a little more for these as you get your money's worth in rest, less night accidents and healthier bottoms.

Work great for overnight
Finally I found a pull up that works for my 3.5 year old (4T-5T) pant size, for over night!! She is allergic to all brands other than Honest Diapers, but those are too tight on her even the largest size. The only two complaints I have on these Bambo is there is a sticker on the front that I have to remove and sometimes the slides split pulling them up her leg, so I can’t use that pull up at all. Overall though, these are perfect for night and zero leaks at all! I wish they came one size larger, but I am very pleased with the performance and zero rash!

Inconsistent sizes
My 3 year old has been wearing Bambo Nature all her life and the pullup version at night for the last year. Lately the size 6 have been inconsistently sized. She isn't even 40 lbs yet but some packages of these are too tight and rip when trying to pull up. At first we thought she grew out of them, but then the next bag of these fit fine. Now we have yet another bag that is too tight and ripping. Super frustrating. Need to fine another natural "pull up" brand or finally night train.

Great for kids, parents and planet
I am writing this review now that our kids grew out of diapers. We have been using Bambo Nature diapers for over five years and we could not be happier. This was the only brand (and we tried most of the ones available in the US) that did not give our kids diaper rash at all. These diapers contained all but the most prolific productions, and we haven't had any complaints about comfort. Speaking of comfort -- the designers have though of kids and parents alike, making these diapers easy to fit, remove and dispose. The ecological component is a less tangible, but nonetheless important benefit. The visual design is pleasing and doesn't invoke brand resentment. We highly recommend these diapers to all new parents who care about their kids and the world they will grow up in.

Back to Honest for us...
My daughter was having occasional issues with diaper-area irritation. When we began using Honest pull-ups at night (she was fully trained in the day) the irritation stopped. I wasn't sure if it was that she is getting older and is less wet or if it was the pull ups. When Honest wasn't available, I figured I would try Bambo, thinking it would be more chemical-free and gentle, too. Things S tarted off fine, but, in the end, she began getting irritated again, something we hadn't dealt with in many months. So I guess it WAS the pull-ups. Back to Honest for us and I will make sure to stay stocked up. Too bad because I was content with them in every other way. She was happy with the comfort and to have a change of design. There were no leaks. If not for the irritation, I would have used these again.
