It’s big, sturdy, and easy to use. I like the color and ever since I put it in my neighbors are now copying me and getting the same brand mailbox just a little smaller tho. I enjoy the bigger mailbox version. Would buy it again. Just think through the post size you need as I bought the smaller 27inch first and realized I needed the 40 inch.

Outstanding high security mailbox. Well designed and well built. You can’t break into it and you can’t smash it, except with a stick of dynamite. It was easy to install, but it’s heavy. Make sure your post is sufficiently sturdy.Mail Boss is a family run small business in Washington State, USA.The box comes with 3 laser cut keys-similar to a car key. Replacement keys cost $12, postage paid. This is NOT expensive for this type of key. Ask any locksmith, and consider how much it costs to replace a car key. The vast majority of locksmiths cannot open these locks. So, if you lose all 3 of your keys, you will have to pay extra for FedEx shipping.Highly recommended for anyone who has had mail stolen and/or a mailbox smashed by lowlife punks.

To preface this, we have had a problem with mail thieves for some time now (the whole neighborhood does) and have been struggling to find a solution that didn't involve a locking mail box, and let's just say, I wish we would have just bit the bullet and got on of these a long time ago.We get a lot of sensitive mail, as well as smaller packages that get stuffed in the mail box as our house is up a long driveway, and the box is on the street, it's just easier for packages to be stuffed in the mailbox if they can. This size of this mailbox is more than enough for any package that they could have stuffed in your average standard mailbox. If anything it allows larger packages, and more mail overall to be stuffed into the box.The only downside is that this larger box doesn't have the rear access door, as our box is on a busy main road; however our previous mailbox didn't have one either so it wasn't a deal breaker. I looked at another model from the same company that had the rear door although it appeared to be slightly smaller and we decided capacity was more important. And finally these things are sturdy as hell. Like if you have a problem with kids smashing mailboxes in your neighborhood, I honestly think one of these would almost be as bad as hitting one full of concrete, it's a pretty rigid thick metal structure.Couldn't recommend these boxes enough, especially if you have mail theft problems. Look around at all the models available too because there are a lot of options, with different features that address issues like being able to access the mail from the sidewalk instead of the road.

Bought this box to help prevent my main and small packages from porch pirates. Works as intended. Install was easy and took about 20 minutes. Came with everything I need to set it up!

This is a very sturdy mailbox that will resist all but the most determined scumbag thieves. The design and construction are good and installation is easy and secure. Ideally, even though it's the largest they make, it would be 4" taller, like our old box, to accommodate larger packages. They could eliminate the out-going mail shelf and flag since that's just an invitation for theft and reduces the size of package that will fit. Doesn't include the lock cover so I had to order a generic one.For a wish list item, it would be nice to have a solar-powered LED light that turns on when the bottom door opens. Should be a simple, inexpensive accessory yet nobody makes one.

Best mailbox! Had purchase a similar box before on my previous home. I decided to go with same brand but different style. If you are looking for security and curb appeal this is your mailbox. I had this mailbox professionally installed by a homebuilder contractor. They utilized the previous post to secure the galvanized base and the mailbox. I'm happy with the results. Just some background. I had this mailbox installed mid-October 2023. Looks like new every day. Secure and looks good. It's a win-win.
