I;ve started adding this to homemade bread. It helps the bread stay fresh longer and adds some extra nutrition .

Great product. I use it for baking bread. I particularly like the package. Its convenient and seal well. And all at a great price.

I have used this for making dinner rolls based off of a King Arthur Flour recipe. Def made a difference compared to making the rolls and leaving out the powdered milk. I plan on trying this in other recipes (eg donuts).

Baker's dry milk powder is much better than regular non fat dry milk powder that one can find in the supermarket. Baked goods rise higher.
