Balanced BodyPilates Springboard with Push-Through Bar, Wall Mounted Pilates Workout Equipment for Home Gym or Studio Use, Pilates Exercise Equipment with Resistance Springs

To supplement my Pilates practice, I ordered this springboard. It is the same one that is used in Club Pilates, without the ballet barre. So everything that I have learned in class, I can do at home. It is well-made, and it comes in one piece. All you need to do is mount it to the studs in the wall (or have someone do it for you). It comes with a dowel, two sets of springs, and a bar to mount at the base. Very sturdy, and should last for years to come. Delivery was quick.

I absolutely love working out on my springboard!! It is the first exercise program I can't wait to do each day. I am taking pilates in the studio and this provides me a cheaper option than a reformer to continue with my practice on the days I am not in the studio. Since each limb has it's own spring, I feel like my weaker side is working harder which I love! I did have to buy easier springs but I don't mind. Best money I have ever spent on exercise equipment. Wish I had known about it a lot sooner.

Fits in nicely to our garage gym. Love that it's just on the wall and doesn't take up space so we still have floor room for other types of exercises.It's very sturdy and well made. Tho my husbands comment was "I could have made that with some plywood for less than 100 dollars"But it is beautifully made and it's quick to put together and put up.In terms of content, there are free YouTube classes by Bennie Barre Pilates Studio. They are pretty short, but if you subscribe to her Patreon page, you get 30+ full length classes. It really helps you make the best use of the springboard.

My husband and I get a lot of use of the Springboard. There are so many different exercises that you can perform on it. It is sturdy and is made of quality material. It fastened to the wall easily.

I use it mostly for squat exercise

I assumed that paying almost $1000 for this board and accessories would insure a beautiful, quality piece. What I got was a board with roughly cut numbers, some of which are very dark and some are very light. Some are half and half, making the board look patchy and cheap. It looks homemade. When I contacted the company, I was told that these are within their quality control parameters. They won’t do a thing about it. They’re claiming it’s about natural wood grain, but the numbers go through a top layer of plywood and are showing the cheap, rough and non-uniform layer underneath The photos are in natural light and the variations are accurate to what it looks like in person.

Love it. Highly recommend for those with small spaces.
