A Life Changer!
I have done research on the molecular structure of water, and learned that nature’s water, the kind that is enhanced by swirling around rocks, crags and spilling over waterfalls, is structured differently than the molecular structure of water that is stagnant. Much of the municipal water supply allows water to pool, or is streamlined, without obstruction, through underground pipes.I decided to bring a version of nature’s streams to me! I learned one of the ways to restructure water is to create a vortex, or a “swirl” in a body of water the same way the Mayu Swirl does. The beauty and elegance of this system drew me in as I realized seeing the Mayu Swirl at work, along with interacting with it to create elevated drinking water, on a daily basis, would not only keep me coming back for more, but allow an enjoyable hydration experience, in the process. Before purchasing, I had a couple questions. I reached out to Mayu's customer support team and received a timely, friendly, informative response that told me if I needed help in the future, this company was engaged and available to its customers.I received my Mayu Swirl, yesterday. It was packaged inside the company’s attractive container, that was nestled inside Mayu’s manufacturing box, and then tucked inside an Amazon box, which I appreciated. Nothing was broken and everything was working, as promised. The instructions were clear and easy to read.I charged the porcelain base before the first use. They provided charging cable and charging brick that seemed to be of high quality. The Grade-A tempered borosilicate glass used for the carafe is what I learned I would prefer after reading about it through a Google search. The stainless-steel pour spout is magnetic, which was the first thing I looked for when purchasing something advertised as stainless steel that would interact with food or water. Some of the less desirable metals do not have magnetic properties, so I was glad there truly was a quantity of stainless steel in the pour spout to make it magnetic. Oh! In case this helps someone else, Mayu included a couple packing inserts to protect the components during shipping. At first, I thought the pour spout housing the magnetic impeller was missing. I went through the contents and eventually located it inside a customized opening in the underside of one of the round packaging inserts. Yay! It was all there, and it was mine.I used the Mayu Swirl for the first time, this morning. After washing it, I filled the carafe with reverse osmosis water to the fill line. I barely had to touch the power button to turn it on, and it was mesmerizing to watch the liquid spin into a little watery twister. There was just something satisfying about that. I was pleased to discover the magnetic impeller did not have to be manipulated to the center of the carafe. It was immediately pulled to the correct location by turning on the base. After I aerated the water, according to the specified time, I turned off the base, then poured the structured, alkalized water out of the carafe while cradling it with my other hand. It felt like a nurturing moment. I knew that little extra touch of something special would be mine, anytime I wanted it. The unit was beautiful, soothing, and watching the swirl added a bit of a delicious sensory gift to the start of my day. Taking a sip, I realized the texture of the water had indeed changed. I drank from the “stream,” the stream I wanted for myself, inside my own kitchen - the water now structured to the benefit of me.Now that I know the value of structured water, and having experienced it myself, I will never go back. I am happy to be the proud owner of the Mayu Swirl. I am so glad I found this company.

Was skeptical, but I love it 😳
I know a lot about structured water, and the theory of the heart as a vortex etc, but even knowing this stuff doesn’t convince me right away that water in a vortex is better than water sitting in a carafe.I used filtered water in our Mira, and upon first trying the water out of the carafe, I could tell there was an immediate flavor difference from the water straight from our filtered faucet, compared to the water from the Mira carafe.Somehow, you can always taste water that comes from a faucet of some kind, even if it’s been filtered - that slightly metallic flavor always hangs around. After our filtered water spun in the carafe, it tasted extremely fresh, with no trace of faucet origin.I was shocked, as I really didn’t believe it would make much of a difference, but it absolutely does! After using it for two weeks, I only retrieve my drinking water from the Mira carafe and can taste a distinct difference between water in the carafe versus water from our filtered faucet. You can see how the vortex pulls oxygen into the water, and bubbles start to form on the inside of the carafe as it spins - there’s definitely something going on that changes the properties of the water to make it more friendly and desirable for our bodies to drink.Besides the fact that I’m sure it’s a worthwhile product for health reasons, it looks beautiful! The ceramic base goes nicely in our home, the carafe itself looks elegant and streamlined.Definitely a weird, but worthwhile product! If you are on the fence like me, try it out! You will be surprised at the difference in the quality of your water!

Replacement glass $100 / no help form company
I was enjoying this until the top of the glass broke due to being so thin. I was hoping to order a replacement carafe , however they charge $89 plus tax. A company that takes advantage of their customer after purchase. I would order replacements any time it broke to continue use if they were REASONABLE!
